How long does a website take?
It depends on scope and how quickly content and feedback come through. A one-page Starter site is typically quicker than a multi-page Business site. We'll give you an estimated timeframe once scope is agreed.
What do I need to provide?
Your business details, services, contact information, logo (if you have one) and any photos you'd like used. We can help shape the wording if you're not sure where to start.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Once the project is complete and paid, the website is yours. We'll help with the handover so it sits in accounts you control.
Are there ongoing costs?
Our package prices are one-off design and build fees. Domain registration, hosting and any third-party subscriptions are separate and paid by you directly. Ongoing maintenance isn't included unless agreed separately.
Can you update my existing website?
Possibly — it depends on how and where your current site is built. Send us the link and we'll let you know whether a refresh or a fresh build makes more sense.
